Oliver joined Vopak South Africa, a Netherlands-based company, in January 2021 as Business Unit President. Vopak has a fuel and chemicals storage terminal based at the Port of Durban and a fuel storage terminal at Lesedi, Heidelberg with a total storage of 500,000 cubic meters. He is also a Director and Board member of Zululand Energy Terminal, a joint venture between Vopak South Africa and Transnet Pipelines for the LNG project at Richards Bay and a Board member of the Fuels Industry Association of
South Africa.

Oliver’s leadership style is rooted in a focus on people,
performance, and the potential to build a sustainable, future-fit organisation. Outside his professional career he enjoys playing the piano, road running, gym and cooking.
